In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows:

From 20th December till 15th January and from 1st February till 28th February (Peak Season). We would require 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance amount minimum 45 days before check in.
